Jet Edge's Robotic Swivel directs ultra-high pressure (UHP) water for coating removal, cleaning, and deburring. The Robotic Swivel is designed for use with Motion Controlled and Robotic waterjet cleaning systems.
Jet Edge’s patented Dual Pressure Valve is a remotely mounted valve that allows waterjet operators to control water pressure independently of the intensifier pump. This enables operators to run a number of tables or cutting stations at various pressures. In low-pressure piercing applications, the Dual Pressure Valve can increase productivity by allowing operators to reduce and raise water pressure without having to wait for the intensifier pump to drop to the lower pressure or rise to the higher pressure.
Positioning accuracy is a critical element of creating tight tolerance parts when cutting with an abrasive waterjet. The more precisely you can position the jet, the more precisely you can machine the part. A motion control system positions the cutting nozzle along the X- and Y-axes of a waterjet.
The Aquavision® Di guides users through the process from job set-up to production. It is fully networkable, allowing part programs to be generated offline and easily transferred to the system's hard drive for production. The cutting path interactive trajectory software automatically varies feed rate and acceleration based on known features of the job.

Designed with the contractor in mind, Jet Edge's High Flow Abrasivejet supports an abrasive flow of up to 3.5 lbs/minute (5.95 L/min) and is capable of delivering up to 7.2 gpm (27.3 L/min) of ultra-high pressure water. It is ideal for cutting thicker materials.
The OmniJet xP waterjet cutting head is designed and tested for pressures up to 85,000 psi (5,900 bar) and orifice sizes ranging from 0.003-0.045 in (0.07621.14 mm).
The OmniJet Waterjet Cutting Head creates a coherent waterjet cutting stream and provides responsive on/off control for the UHP water. Its lightweight and compact size offers versatility in multi-directional water jet cutting applications with all motion control systems.
The Permalign® xP Cutting Head, when used with the OmniJet xP, is rated for pressures up to 85,000 psi (5,900 bar), orifice sizes ranging from 0.003-0.016 in (0.076-0.406 mm), and nozzle sizes from 0.020- 0.065 in (0.508-1.651 mm) ID.
The Permalign® Abrasive Waterjet Cutting Head, when used with the OmniJet, is rated for pressures up to 60,000 psi, orifice sizes ranging from .003 to .020 inches, and nozzle sizes from .020 to .065 inches ID.
The pneumatic drill gives waterjet operators the opportunity to expand their water jet cutting capabilities and take in new types of work by enabling them to quickly pierce sensitive materials prior to waterjetting them. It also can be used for reaming holes to a precise diameter. The drill works with all waterjets.
Closed Loop System
Eco-friendly closed looped filtration systems recycle water used in an application.
Jet Edge's eco-friendly Closed Loop Filtration System filters and recycles water. This reduces water and sewage costs, prevents the introduction of hazardous materials into drainage systems, and eliminates the need for a drain. The Closed Loop Filtration System also protects the waterjet pump and maximizes waterjet orifice life.
Closed Loop Chillers cool the hydraulics on the intensifier pump. This eliminates the discharge of hydraulic cooling water to the drain, reducing water and sewage consumption.
Inline Chillers are designed to be used in conjunction with a Closed Loop Filtration System. The chiller provides the hydraulic cooling for the water jet pump as well as the cooling for the cutting water in the Closed Loop Filtation System. This provides cooled, TDS Controlled water for cutting purposes, maximizing high pressure pump seal life.
Waterjet Abrasive Removal Systems continuously remove spent garnet from the catch tank, reducing waterjet system downtime and eliminating catch tank maintenance.
