Mobile Water Jet Cutting Systems
A cold-cutting process, water jet is ideal for use in hazardous environments where heat and flames are restricted. Jet Edge's mobile water jet cutters are used in a variety of cutting applications, including pipelines, steel reinforced concrete, reactor vessels and fabricated metal structures. Our mobile water jet cutting tools are powered by Jet Edge water jet pumps.
36,000 psi (2500 bar)
The Ultra Lite Lance is a powerful 36,000 psi (2500 bar) hand-held ultra-high pressure waterjet tool for cutting, stripping, cleaning and controlled surface demolition applications.
The Hydraulic Versacutter is a motion-controlled, portable linear abrasivejet cutting and beveling system that is used in a variety of cutting applications including pipelines, steel reinforced concrete, reactor vessels and any fabricated metal structures.
Jet Edge’s Waterjet Pipe Cutter is a hydraulically controlled portable abrasivejet cutting system designed especially for cutting pipelines, reinforced concrete and metal structures. The Pipe Cutter can operate horizontally or vertically. A specially designed track allows the Pipe Cutter to clamp to standard sized pipe (6”-60” diameter) for pipe cutting operations. The Pipe Cutter also can be attached to a variety of tracks for cutting flat or curved surfaces for linear cutting applications.
Designed for use in remote and potentially hazardous environments, Jet Edge’s Spyder Abrasivejet Radius and Circle Cutting System can be set up on the side of tanks, small vessels and large diameter piping. It is held in place by vacuum cups and features a self-aligning centering pin for fast and reliable setup. Motion components are made from non-ferrous materials, and cutting head manipulators are powered by pneumatic motors, making the Spyder suitable for use in all environments.
Jet Edge’s Spyder Abrasivejet Cutting System is a portable linear and pipe cutting system designed for use in remote and/or potentially hazardous environments. It is ideal for cutting pipelines, steel reinforced concrete, reactor vessels and fabricated metal structures. The Spyder is a pneumatically controlled mobile waterjet system that moves along rigid, flexible or pipe tracks. Its abrasivejet cutting head can be angled for beveling cuts. An optional radius/circle fixture can be added for increased versatility.
